Digital Video Countries Project

COUNTRIES AROUND
THE WORLD

We are going to be learning about some of the unique attributes of other countries.  You will be selecting a country that you would like to learn more about, with the goal of teaching others about your country too.  You will be making a digital video about your country, writing a short essay, and  completing an informative questionnaire.

DIGITAL VIDEO PROJECT: For the digital video project you are going to be creating a 60 - 90 second trailer in the style of a movie or TV show.  Your trailer will be promoting or highlighting your country.  The goal will be to use the format of the trailer to make the video interesting and exciting, but to also include relevant information to inform others about your country.  Remember what we have learned about digital video and be sure to use creative filming techniques and to layer your digital video by using things like music, sound effects, supporting video, titles, or other means.  Watch the sample video and refer to the rubric in order to do your best work.
